You agree not to put any hazardous materials in our dumpsters. This list includes, but is not limited to these prohibited items below.

Prohibited items:

  • Paints (oil, aerosol, or water-based)
  • Oils (motor, hydraulic, or food)
  • Fuels (gas, diesel, or propane)
  • Batteries of any type
  • Poison, insecticides, pesticides, herbicides
  • Fluorescent bulbs
  • Asbestos
  • Appliances with Freon (AC units, refrigerators, freezers)
  • Yard waste/compostables cannot be intermixed with other waste materials.

Yello Dumpster Website Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

 

Yello Dumpster assumes no liability for damages including, but not limited to, driveways, sidewalks, lawns, sprinkler systems, septic systems, homes, structures, outbuildings, landscaping, trees, and overhead wires beyond the “curb line”. Any and all damages will be the responsibility of the person renting the dumpster from Yello Dumpster, including damages to our trucks, trailers, equipment, dumpsters, and overweight fines.

This Website is not for use by any minors (defined as those who are not at least 18 years of age), and you must not use this Website if you a minor.

 

2. Rental Agreement

 

Any damages to Yello Dumpster’s trucks, equipment, dumpsters, etc. resulting from misuse, abuse, overloading, etc. will be at the expense of the person/business renting the dumpster. The rental period is for 10 days unless other arrangements have been made. It is your responsibility to call us to schedule pick-up. We reserve the right to automatically pick up the dumpster after 10 days. A fee of $10.00 per day will be charged for each additional day over the 10-day rental period. We reserve the right to limit the rental period to 10 days only with no additional days.

 

3. Payment

 

Payment for Yello Dumpster’s services is due at the time of booking or upon delivery of the dumpster, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment may be made by credit card, or other accepted methods. Any additional fees, such as overage charges or fees for prohibited items, will be billed separately. We will keep your card on file for any additional charges ( additional tonnage, tires, mattress, refrigerated appliances, etc.) We will automatically bill your card for any additional costs.
